For a public appointment, your GP must send your referral letter to Tallaght Orthopaedic Office or Naas Central Appointments office.
Alternatively please upload your GP referral letter via the form provided. If you don’t have one, then you should contact your GP or physiotherapist and ask them for one.
After that, we will be happy to help you navigate our services and answer any questions that you might have.
